Hi All - Is anyone pulling community results into Zendesk? 

If so, how? Are you using the embeddable widget? Have you set up a federated search? Just curious what our options are!

Which module of Zendesk are you looking to add community results to? Help Center? Support tickets?


Hey ​@olimarrio - Support tickets. We don’t use the KB in Zendesk, so it’s just a landing page with links to outside resources (including community) or opening a case.
