CC Ideas Review: Q1 & Q2 2026
A note before we begin
Earlier this year,
Starting this quarter, we'll publish a brief ideas review every quarter for Customer Communities - covering what's been delivered, what's in discovery, and a few ideas currently being explored by our product team.
A quick note on how ideas move forward: it's not a simple ranking system. Votes and comments are important signals, but prioritization also considers strategic alignment, technical complexity, and broader customer impact. We will continue to do our best in keeping you updated on all the ideas with utmost transparency.
As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, we've also spent time going back and updating the status of ideas that were released in previous cycles but hadn't been reflected in the platform. Some of the ideas listed here as released may have shipped earlier - this is us catching up and making sure the community always has an accurate view of where things stand.

Help us make this better
This is our first edition of the CC Ideation Review, and we want it to be genuinely useful to you.
We'd love to hear:
- What's useful about this format?
- What would you want to see more (or less) of?
- Any sections you'd find helpful in future editions?
Drop your thoughts in the comments - we'll do our best to reflect them in the next report. 🙌
