Hello!

I’m currently experimenting with signatures.

I just realized, when I - as admin - added a signature to a user (in productive community), saved, and then deleted the signature, the signature still shows in the user’s profile:

In the staging community, it’s the opposite: I added a signature as admin to some user profiles, but they do not show in their public profile.
 

→ is there a kind of time delay for updating signatures?
→ is there a current problem with signatures?
→ are there any signature settings which I’m not aware of? 😅

PS. when I as user change my own signature in my own profile, it works.

I did some testing, and it looks like I am experiencing the same issue as you. I have reached out internally to our product and engineering teams to see if there is an underlying issue with this, or if I can get some more details around the functionality of the back-end and front-end editing of this field.
