For the new Analytics Dashboards in the Gainsight CC product, can anyone tell me if the metric measuring “Topics Created” includes both Questions and Conversations?

Yes, it should. Topic should = all types of posts created, including Articles and Product Updates, as well as Questions, Conversations, and Ideas.
