Clarification of Metrics in the Content Dashboard for the CC Product

For the new Analytics Dashboards in the Gainsight CC product, can anyone tell me if the metric measuring “Topics Created” includes both Questions and Conversations?

    Yes, it should. Topic should = all types of posts created, including Articles and Product Updates, as well as Questions, Conversations, and Ideas.

      ​@DannyPancratz is correct. The Topic should be any “new” post that requires a subject/title.
