Has anyone built anything for the community and Claude cowork? I’m hoping to get some of my Asana tasks to automate creating posts in the community for me.

Love that you're thinking about automation here! Before I point you in a direction, would love to understand your use case a bit better.

What kinds of Asana tasks are you looking to turn into posts? For example, are these announcements, release notes, knowledge articles, something else? And are you looking to publish them automatically, or have a human review step before they go live?

I have one, @Larry: We currently send out a re-engagement email that highlights the latest and trending feature requests for our products. Pretty high CTR and Claude Cowork could get the latest trending feature requests, summarize them for the email and update the email campaign.

I have build multiple ‘agents’ / ‘projects’ that run automatically every week/month based on the Community data. I have connected Claude with Gainsight witht he MCP and I love it.

I am using it for soo many things and I have many more ideas to work out. For instance combining our community data with product board ansd support data to actually get proper VOC agent.

Or connect with marketing tools/ databases to do proper member analysis (on the data that we don't have in Gainsight)

And I do have Claude connected to Asana, but I still need to figure out how that works and how that would help me and potentially all the work I do for the community as for us internally Asana is still quit new and more used as a planning/collaboration tool and I only work with is occasionally.

If you ever want to chat Claude, Community Agents, MCP etc I would love to. And I would also love to hear other people who have connected with the MCP and what they do with it.
