+2I don't know much about this right now, but I still want to ask: have you seen something similar?
We have a couple of users saying that they don’t see all the latest comments. For example, when a user has replied to a topic and then checks the recent feed (https://community.company.com/activity/recent), the topic doesn’t appear there.
Could this be due to some kind of delay with the database? Or might it have something to do with the browser?

I’m not currently experiencing that on our community - I’d suggest reaching out to support to help out here.
