When using the https://api2-us-west-2.insided.com/user/register API call I have been successful. My question is about passwords. If I set a generic password for a user, when they first login, can you force the user to create a new password? Does Gainsight have the idea of setting a temporary password, and then once the user logins, they will be forced to create a new one?

Unfortunately the temporary password flow you described does not exist in the current functionality, although it would be a nice product improvement. I would advise creating an idea for this kind of functionality so that other community members can vote on it. I’ll also forward this feedback to our Product team internally.
