Hello -

Right now we have moderator approval turned on due to the sensitive nature of our community content. I am in the process of setting up some requirements so our legal department will let us turn off moderator approval.

One of the requirements they have is that we put a site wide disclaimer up that essentially says our content is not pre moderated.

Anyone have thoughts on how we could display this disclaimer?

Hi @lyoung 👋,

A couple of options I can think of at the top of my head:

  1. Create a topic explaining content is not pre-moderated including what the implications are of this and add it to the topic banner so that this is displayed site wide under the mega menu / navigation:
  1. Add a pop up elsewhere within the community using HTML, CSS and Third Party Scripts from control by going to Customisation → Third Party Scripts.

@olimarrio Thank you, I think the banner is what our legal team was probably envisioning. Appreciate the help!
