One of our users reported this. When using mobile, drop down menu seems to be broken. This occurs in our community and here as well.

Yes, here and in our community as well. I have tested with Safari and Chrome. Okay, I´ll create.

We are experiencing the same in our community as well.

That’s why I start topics based on my (our) observations, to share what we notice with others, and if it’s a common issue, I hope Gainsight just fixes it without everyone having to open their own ticket.
Edit: I have raised a ticket about this already.
