Hey for the content helpfulness visibility setting you can make it visible on Questions and Answers. I have both checked but I am not sure there is a difference. It just seems to show at the top at question level.
I've checked replies marked as “Best Answer” but they don't show it.
Got some clarity on this! The two settings work differently depending on whether a best answer exists:
Questions - the helpfulness widget shows on question topics that don't have a best answer yet.
Answers - the helpfulness widget shows on question topics that do have a best answer marked.
