Does anyone else’s company use Datagrail and use Gainsight Communities?
Our privacy team uses datagrail, and we have to manually delete user data with each request, but trying to see if anyone was able to leverage some time of automation or integration for these data deletion requests?

I did some digging and it looks like Gainsight CC is supported natively by Datagrail.

Gainsight in general is also supported: https://docs.datagrail.io/docs/integrations/connection-instructions/gainsight
But please note that if you want to make Datagrail act on Gainsight CC, you’ll need to explicitly configure the inSided integration as that’s not covered by the general Gainsight one.
Just so ya know, the reason it’s listed on their integrations as inSided is because that’s the original name of Gainsight CC - not everything has caught up yet!
