Different footers in email template campaign emails

Hi all!

I have a question for you alll… As we are expanding out global community the email footer in the campaign emails becomes a topic of discussion. Bit of background… Currently we are running our community in English and Dutch and we are working hard to add German (prelimiary launch date November 5th). With it just being English and Dutch we could get away with a generic footer mentioning TOPdesk HQ (as our HQ is in the Netherlands). 

But with adding German the question came if we can make the footer dynamic. So that we can choose to either show HQ or a the German footer.

As we don't want this to be a blocker for our go-live we will keep the HQ footer, but at the same time we are wondering how other who run a Global community with communication in different languages (of office addresses) deal with this? Just one footer for all or have you found a way that you can make that footer dynamic?
