Disclaimer for AI Answers

Has anyone added a disclaimer on the search result page for the AI Answers?

We're getting some good results with AI Answers, but at the same time we'd like to add a little text warning users to take things with precautions, that there might be some assumptions made or shortcuts.

Any suggestion on how to add it?
