Do members get notified if an admin/community manager/moderator edits their post in the community?

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say no. I have never seen notifications from edited posts. We don’t allow anyone editing another’s post unless they have worked with the OP to consent to the edits. Even then, we may put a comment in the post to the effect “post edited at original posters request”.

I want to add here that it is sad that platform doesnt add any “last edited by” tag to the post when it is edited.

We used Khoros before and there is that tag. It is very helpful and informative, for everyone. It is pain to add it manually, each and every time. And then there is no timestamp.

Normal users doesnt even add any info manually, if they edit their posts.

Adding to what Chris said: I’ve edited many posts and never seen or heard about any notifications sent out.
