Education Widgets not displaying

Good Evening All,

 

I am testing out the education widgets as part of our Skilljar integration. 

Not long ago new release info was on this topic.

We have the Skilljar app installed in CC and it works for the searching. Is there something else I need to do in order to get the content into the community widgets?

Just following up: The team have checked the setup and found that the issue appears to be related to the custom widgets configuration connected to your Community, rather than the Skilljar integration itself. The custom widgets are currently failing to build, so they won’t load correctly until that issue is fixed.


Could you please ask the person who manages your custom widgets repository to review and fix the configuration? Once the build is successful, please try the Education Widgets again.

 

 


If Skilljar content still doesn’t appear after that, we’ll be happy to continue investigating from the integration side. Hope this helps! 😊
