(I don’t have much to add to the title 😉)

We’re currently testing email campaigns by sending out test emails via our Sandbox environment. Mails successfully get sent and delivered, we open them, but almost an hour after we cannot see any of those actions in the statistics.

 

How long does it take for the statistics / metrics to update? What kind of delay do we have to expect or is it supposed to happen in real-time and there’s an issue on our platform? Thank you!

I believe I’ve heard 2-3 hours. 

I couldn’t find the support ticket I thought it was in, but I’m pretty sure I asked that before and heard back that it’s a few hours. 

And that aligns with my experience. There’s usually not any metrics for at least an hour or so after I send.

From my experience, ​@DannyPancratz is correct. The job runs similar to permissions updates, every 2-4 hours.
