Email Campaigns: How to get insights about how much of the quota has been used up?

Is there a way to see how much of the current quota has been used up?

If not: I propose to build a status bar (or something like that) to show how much of the current email campaign quota has been used. This way, community admins can better plan ahead on which campaigns (and which segments, i.e. how many users) they can send out in the near future.
