We are now implementing Salesforce worldwide as our CRM and we are considering the integration between Gainsight CC and Salesforce for:
- Giving our sales people more insight on the customer engagement in the Community. What are they saying, topics they engage with etc.
- Enriching GS with more customer data, to also segment beter in the future.
Do any of you have the integration running and what is your experience with it.
And can you perhaps also share a bit on what information can be found in SF and how this would look like (for sales people)
