I would like to know what users are searching in our community to identify content we can proactively create.
Are federated search insights available and possible on CC? any suggestions or workarounds?

I believe if you have Google Analytics set up, you should be able to capture search terms.
However, I’m not an GA expert.
Nothing out of the box from CC that I’m aware of. I believe their POV is recommending GA or similar tools, which can be added via Third Party Scripts.
