Currently, Gainsight CC allows me to see the last activity date, but if I’m looking at a specific time frame that would only show me people who haven’t taken action since then. Is there any way to drill down to see both users who took action in a specific time frame and users that continued to engage in the community past that time frame?

I also see that profiles in the backend have a Last Login field, but there isn’t any filter for logins. Am I missing something or would I be able to find that to create a segment?

The idea would be to grant badges to these groups I’m trying to filter down to.

Hi @Gcheung - As you’ve noted, when working with filters in the User Overview to create Segments, you are limited to fields like the last activity date, which won’t give you the kind of detailed insight that you’re looking for about timeframes of ongoing engagement. One of your options could be to explore the Exports, where you are able to pull a list of logins from a particular timeframe.  You can also get an export of Posts, which gives you an overview of at least that particular activity over time.  With some manipulation of this data, you might get closer to what you are looking for. If it’s realistic for you, another option would to explore a connection to our data lake with a BI tool - you could then create entirely custom views based on any activity in the community.
