First Reply Comparison Chart: Staff vs Registered Users

Hi Community,

I want to do a comparison of first replies to forum posts, staff vs registered community members. I thought I found a bar chart that showed the % of staff replies compared to the % of registered users replies but somehow cant get back to it. Or maybe I was dreaming :-) Wondering if anyone has also come across this? If so please share where and how I can find this report.

Thank you,

Matt
