Footer added via Inline custom code is not applied on the private login page

Hey we’ve added a custom footer via the Inline Custom Code option, which nicely displays things like our logo under the default footer.

However, this custom footer disappears on the login page (our community is private).

is this intended? If so, what is the reason behind it?

I know I could inject it via 3rd party script but I find it a bit to be cumbersome knowing there is a custom footer feature/interface for this...
