Gemini/ChatGPT integration with Community
+2It’s funny, as we have this integration in our back end called Recap but we don’t have it as part of a customer facing resource.
Not sure if per post is needed, or if for a post with greater than 10 replies. Or as an on demand request. I haven’t integrated anything new, I keep waiting on the Communities Team to give us more AI!! :)

+1We don’t have a full integration, but we do have our Community set up as a data source for Glean. We haven’t started automating yet, but this does help us with summaries and knowledge consolidation.
I am also curious to see what others are doing!

Yes! This is a weekly summary from the Analytics Dashboard. We are looking for something that can summarise an entire topic thread. More AI --- YES !!! :)
