Of course the hope is that peers provide responses, but these are some other avenues we need to explore:
- Recruit Champions (power users of our community) fluent in other languages
- Leverage Support team language specialists
- Leverage AI to improve efficiency
- Send marketing campaign, encouraging customers to participate
