Goodbye for Now — And Thank You, GameChanger Community

Hi everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you before stepping away from this amazing GameChanger community.

Over time, this community has become more than just a place to ask questions or share ideas. It has been a place where I’ve learned a lot about community management, platforms, and most importantly — how others approach building and nurturing communities.

In recent times I haven’t been able to participate as actively in discussions as I would have liked, but this community has always remained important to me. I’ve continued to follow conversations and learn from you all, even when I wasn’t able to contribute as much.

I’ve also had the chance to contribute back and help others when I could, which has been just as valuable as everything I’ve learned here. That exchange of knowledge and support is what makes a community truly work.

A big thank you to all of you for the discussions, insights, and willingness to share your experience so openly. And special thanks to the Gainsight team for building and supporting a space like this. A special thank you to our CSM ​@Nadia Nicolai  — it’s been a blast working with you. ❤️

As my role is coming to an end — and with it, the community I’ve been building will be also closed — it feels like the end of an important chapter, not just professionally but personally as well. This is also a moment to say goodbye here. At least for now.

I hope I’ll continue working with communities in the future — and with a bit of luck, maybe I’ll find my way back here one day as well.

Thank you again for everything — I’ve genuinely appreciated being part of this community.

      You’ve been such an important part of this space - always willing to share your experiences, help others, and contribute thoughtfully to discussions. People like you are what make communities truly valuable and welcoming.

      It’s been a real pleasure having you as part of this journey, and I’m genuinely grateful for all the support, conversations, and knowledge you’ve shared along the way. My recent connect with you also widened my thinking around AI x Community, and I want to thank you for that!

      We’d still love to have you around whenever you can - your expertise and perspective on community itself have always added so much value here.

      Wishing you the best of luck going forward. I truly hope our paths cross again in the future and would love to stay in touch.

        What you built at Telia was genuinely best in class. It's one of those communities we'd point to as an example of how it should be done. We're really sorry to see it go.

          It has been such an inspiration to follow your and your communitys journey. There are not that many communities here in Finland, and now there’s even less.

          I admire your way of communicating with customers in the community, you are so laid-back but yet professional. You’ve also done so many creative campaigns and renewals in your community, I’m even jealous of them.
