Hi @jwren - I’m afraid that the phrases in the embeddable widget are not customizable. They are editable by us in the DB but any change is reflected for all customers (so we typically only change something if there is an error or opportunity to improve phrasing in, for example, a particular language).

Is it possible to remove that specific phrase? Or is that also something that’d need to be done for all customers?
My thinking is that we could remove it and add our own custom one

We indeed can’t remove that phrase just for your instance, I’m afraid. I think that maybe it could be achieved with some custom coding on the page where the widget is rendered, but I’m not certain and it would be pretty hacky.
