Has anyone else implemented some Hotjar forms on their site?

We're popping up a hotjar survey (after 5 sec) on the side of our site for users to be able to provide general feedback about the platform, but it seems to be messing with our site's CSS, and I can't nail it down…

As soon as the survey pops in, the text size seems to be reduced..

See in the gif below, as soon as the survey tabs shows at the bottom left, the text that isn't bold on the site gets some shaking :-)

Hey @jvdc - It’s a little hard to help debug from here, but one small tip to start with is to add the parameter “?disableCustomCss” to the end of your community URL just to debug, as this will disable all of your custom CSS.  You can then see if it’s your custom CSS that’s clashing with HotJar or if it’s something else.

Hey @Kenneth R ,

the “?disableCustomCss” is a great feature.

I've just used it, but the issue persists. It's as if some Hotjar CSS was interfering with GS's, though Hotjar has named all of its parameters to start with “_h”… 🙄

Hey @jvdc - Hmm, that makes it more tricky.  I’m not an expert on Hotjar but have seen some really nice survey implementations using it over the years.  While I can’t guarantee they’ll be able to help, I would suggest to check-in with our Support team to see if they have any tips or guidance.

Okay thanks, I’ll have a go at that.
