As an end user… not sure there is an option, but what is your usecase?
For Videos… the Embed media option right on this editor from the … and there is this whole thread listing media sites that are allowed.
For other usecases iframe rendering have limited success rates and from the admin console you have a couple of choices:
- this editor itself gives you an option to switch to Source from the <> to drop your <iframe> in the body
- Or also from the html widget you can use on your home page or custom page

It’s a product limitation with the text editor we use, as it strips out a lot of the HTML tags required to embed an iframe. These are the media types that can be embedded within topics (including articles):
