This article used to have information about MDS, but we moved that to another release. We don’t have MDS info published in our Knowledge base or Product Updates yet the Smart Assistant brings a result from a previous version of the article.

When will Smart Assistant correct itself please?

Hi @Mark Green Consensus - I’ve asked our internal teams for some guidance on this one.  


Would be ace to get some feedback on this @Kenneth R  - I think it’s an important aspect which folks could benefit from understanding (hence posting here not support).

 

This in effect, means once posted it’s there for ever, which removes the ability for us to delete/update content.


Hey @Mark Green Consensus - sorry this one is taking a bit of time to look into.  I’ve talked to our Product team, and what we’d expect is that the AI Search is more or less instantly updated when something changes in the content.  It’s pulling results from Algolia (the platform we use for search), just like the regular search.  The example you provided is very clear and easy to replicate, however - indeed, we wouldn’t expect this MDS section to still show in the results.  So something is out of sync.  I’ll let you know when I find out more.
