How to filter in control environment topics open for 20 hrs

hello
we leave topics open (that is: no reaction at all) for 12 to 24hrs, before moderator answers. I know there should be a possibility to install a filter so we see the topics, created about 20hrs ago, at a glance. I would like to filter on 20hrs, so we have some additional hours to respond. I don't know how to install the filter?

Hi Ellen,

The timeframes of the 'Last active date range' filter are fixed, so it will be either 24 hours, today, yesterday, last week, last month or last year.

From the topic overview click on Advanced filter. Select Question and Yes. Add a row and select Last active date range, is equal to and then 24 hours. Now save it and give it name. These filters are personal, so other moderators each need to add these to their own control environment.

Is there a way to filter out topics where the last reaction was from a moderator?

Something with this option?

No, not specifically. What do you want to achieve with that filter? Because there is probably another way to go about this.

For example if you want to filter unanswered topics that possibly already contain an (partial) anwser you can create this filter:

The amount of replies depend on the amount of super users that are usually active together in topics. So you can play around with that number till you have the least false postives.
