We’re restructuring our community and did a lot of the legwork in our staging environment. Now there is no easy way to sync our staging environment with our production environment or push changes. 

What’s the most efficient way to do this? Is there a way to queue up changes that I’m missing? Right now, I’m assuming it has to be manually done in real time, but I’m hoping there is a better way.

This is currently not possible, but I am aware that one of our senior engineers has been working on a script to accomplish this for some time.

Unfortunately, there are no plans to release this functionality right now (the script will need some refining first), but I expect this to be available in the near future.

We have this open idea in the community which I''d recommend upvoting and posting a reply so that this topic gets more attention.

Thanks @leo-inspired, just voted on the idea. I’m new to the platfrom and not conversant with the API as yet. Does the platfrom have any api’s we could leverage for this? 

Yes we do have ‘self-service’ API application integrations. Check out this guide for more info:

Thanks @leo-inspired I did look at the general API docs earlier, I was wondering if there were specific api calls/sections for exporting configuration data from one environment (example sandbox) and then importing to another environment (example production)

Hey @ruc , yeah this is not possible as well sadly, but hopefully once we add this functionality we can also include in the API documentation
