Our team uses pre-moderation so that every community post is manually reviewed by us before going live. **It’s a long story as to why we do this, but this question isn’t about that.
We’d like to leverage the “unread by team” function to make sure every post is covered by us...but the act of reviewing/approving the pending post marks it as “read by team”.
Long story short, we need to moderate questions, but we’d like them to live for a bit (peer-peer interaction) before our team comes in to answer them.
Any ideas as to how we could do this?

Hi @jwren
The system is designed in a way where once a post is opened, it no longer appears in the ‘Unread by Team’ view. To my knowledge, there isn’t a direct workaround to bring it back to that view until you do it manually
One alternate approach that might help streamline the process is to tag posts you think is suitable for moderation, before approving them. You can create moderator labels under Control Settings and apply them during your review time. Once tagged, you can then filter posts by the moderation label and save that view in the control panel for easier admin access and ongoing visibility.

Let me triple-check that I’m understanding your suggestion:
moderators apply a moderator label when approving a post
the label could potentially be “to be reviewed”
Then to ensure that every post is eventually reviewed by our team (after potential peer-peer interactions), we’d filter by our moderator label instead of the “unread by team” function
I’d also suggest creating and saving a view with the filter applied on your control panel overview - this way you don’t have to keep applying the filter to check it daily.
You can take a look at your saved view since that will auto populate daily as and when you apply the label and approve the post.
