For Zendesk, we have these integrations ready:
- Ticket escalation (escalate topics / posts to Zendesk)
- Federated search (search for Zendesk FAQs via the community search
We are also currently working on value reporting, which can also be connected to Zendesk to measure the self-service value of your community.
For Adobe Campaign manager and Pisano, we do not offer a native integration, however you should be able to connect to those as well using our API.
