Question

Is there a way to bulk add new members to community?

We have built a section of the community that will only be available to certain customers and we want to bulk invite those customers and assign them a special role. I am interested in ideas on the best way to approach this.

 

Has anyone done this?

      I don’t see an API endpoint for this, but that would be useful. I wonder if the MCP could do it?

      Following this as I’m interested too!

      The only complication I see is that they would have to set a password themselves..
      Would they have to do it after their account is created, by triggering a “forgot password” token?

      Also, how would you pick their usernames? That’s something you would have to determine yourself before creating the account.
