We are a global enterprise community and have several products. Is there a way for community members to ‘subscribe’ to product updates for a particular product?
Right now it appears you can only subscribe to Product Updates but our users don’t want to be alerted with every product update, they only want to be alerted of product updates for products they use.
As of now, no you cannot subscribe by product, only sort. But it is my understanding they are working on this capability. We have 22 products and it was recommended that we use the Groups function for this, but there is a limit on the number of users allowed for groups. Also, Group content does not show up in the search.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
