I use my profile to send people the private messages when they earn a badge in our community. Which means I have a ton of private messages. Is there a way to have people get the automated PMs without them appearing in my inbox?

Hi,

by default, a private message needs to be send from somewhere. I know that some communities use a dummy account (so not connected to anybody) which they have created. If you include in the message that replies on it will receive no answers, your users will be aware of this.

Another option is to send emails instead of private messages. The advantage of using emails instead of private messages: You can fully style them in HTML, just like your regular email notifications.

Hope this helps, let me know if there are more questions!
