Is there a webhook for when new Public Tags are created?

I want to allow users to create new Public Tags. 

But I also want to keep my Public Tags clean (merging them, fixing typos, etc)

Is there a hidden webhook available (not listed on public API docs) for when a new Public Tag is created? 

If so, I could create a custom alert to notify me. Which would be good for taking action on them, but also monitoring them and gleaning insights as they come in.
