In our community, we’re currently experiencing issues with users being unable to download attachments, regardless of file type or age. We're also unable to download the attachments from the backend of our site.

We’ve already reached out to Gainsight support but curious if anyone else is experiencing these issues? 

@danielle.leroux YES! We’ve had a ticket open with support since Sep 17th. It has been escalated to engineering but no resolution so far. It is having a significant impact on our members as they share quire a few files.

Oh no! That’s not reassuring 😂 Yes, we were told there is not currently an exact timeline as to when it will be fixed.


Hi @Chris Hackett and @danielle.leroux - yes indeed, we have a high priority ticket open with our engineering team about this.  We’ll follow-up here as well when we know more.  Apologies for the frustration this is causing in the meantime.
