Hello, I have a few questions about what I’m seeing in the new Subscription Trends dashboard, and I’m not sure if they’re known issues that are already being worked on as part of beta improvements, or if I’m misunderstanding what I’m seeing.
- Duplicate entries in the “drill down product update new subs” chart: when I drill down into this specific chart, I see two entries per subscribed user with identical timestamps. Are these in fact two distinct events? I think this is a significant inaccuracy because the summary view (prior to drilling down) and in the non-drill down “product update new subs” chart, it counts each entry as unique. In my example below, there are only eleven unique users, but both dashboards display twenty-two.

- When drilling down into a specific topic via “drill down topic new subs”, there are multiple distinct timestamps for the multiple users. I imagine this might represent a unique user interacting with the post multiple times, but I’m not sure how this would relate to the act of subscribing. I would expect to see a single entry per user representing the single time that they subscribed. Is there a way to understand what the “activities” themselves are? Additionally, each of these entries is counted as a unique subscription. In my example below, I would expect the three grouped entries to be counted as three unique subscriptions, but instead, they register as nine, both in “drill down new subs” and “topic new subs”. This same behavior is also true of the two topic unsubs charts.
