Hi,

 

Can anyone tell us, what are all the languages supported by Insided and it’s webhooks. 

 

We created a topic with Arabic content, it got created in the community successfully. However, it didn’t trigger the webhook.

It looks like this question got missed, sorry about that!

I’ve not been able to find a list of all the supported languages, but this sounds to me as if you’ve come across compatibility issues with Right-To-Left based languages. This can be a common issue with many things that were primarily designed only with Left-To-Right in mind, but it’s not game over as this sort of thing can be fixed.

I noticed @tom.shaddock has liked the post, which is a good sign. It’s possible that the inSided platform in general is capable of RTL, but a few features currently choke due to bugs or similar.

Hopefully that can be fixed though!

Hey @Blastoise186  dont worry this was addressed via a support ticket instead - for web hooks the only language we support has to be made up of UTF-8 characters, the Arabic language unfortunately will not work yet with webhook notification events. @jeevthan.jeevarathinam  can you please repost this idea into the ideation board (https://community.insided.com/ideas) instead of the ask a question board as there’s sadly no functionality to move this between these sections :smiley:

 

Once posted into the ideation board i’ll of course vote for the ideas inclusion too :wink:
