Looking for ways to help find duplicate ideas within our Idea Exchange.
As a moderator this is something I have been struggling with since people can phrase things differently and we have over 2,000 ideas within our Idea Exchange.
Is anyone using AI to do this? Is the AI moderator a tool I can use to find these?
Hello! You can request a data export through support for your idea exchange. In this dump you can get the title, body and even include replies. Once you get this CSV you then can throw it into Claude, ChatGPT any LLM.
Youd just need to talk it over with your LLM before giving it the file on what you would like and how you would like to identify the duplicates.
