Is it possible to manually assign points to users? We are considering running a weekly challenge and would like to reward the winners with points that would be recognizable on the leaderboard.

Yes, there’s the option to do this via the API (US docs), but there is no way to do it via Control.
If you use Zapier, there’s a pre-built action for assigning any number of points to a user.
I use this for dozens of use cases and it’s one of my favorite things about Gainsight CC.
