New Export Builder vs Legacy – what's the difference?

Hi there, At first sight they looked quite similar…

 

One difference I immediately noticed:

If I pull a Private Message export until today, 

  • with the Legacy Export I can see all the entries from today 👍
  • With the new Export I all the entires from today are missing 👎

This is a deal breaker bc we had a little spam attack this morning and I quickly had to verify how many DMs were sent. This only worked with the Legacy Export.

 

So, what’s the difference between the two?

I can’t find any Product Updates about it. Was it Communicated somewhere?

Hi, I apologize for the late communication about the new enhanced Exports. However, all the documentation is now available here:https://communities.gainsight.com/exports-45. 

​@Daniele Cmty the new Exports may have a delay of up to 4 hours for today’s data. If you’re noticing a longer delay, please share (via PM) the specific times and entries that are missing so we can investigate further.
