Since you posted on the CC category, I’m assuming you are talking about mentions on a thread in the community.
If you are not receiving notifications when you are mentioned on the community, please check your profile settings - you have the option to toggle it back on.
My profile > Edit Profile > Notifications
Don’t forget to make changes after you toggle the notifications back on!
In case you are talking about CS timeline - I can move your discussion into that category. Let me know!

For example, if you comment on someone’s post, you’ll be notified of a follow-up comment. If you don’t actually go look at that comment, you won’t receive subsequent notifications for that thread. I’m not 100% sure, but that may include even if you’re @mentioned.
