Hello,

I’m trying to access the Phrases subsection of our Gainsight Community backend (https://mercell-en.insided.com/translation/overview), but I’ve been getting an internal server error (500) for the past two-three days now. 

Is there a solution to this or do I should I just wait for it to resolve itself?

 

Hi ​@jevaaler - Yep I’m able to replicate that in your community instance as well.  This looks like something you can best send to our Support engineers.  Have you already been in touch with them?  You can create a new ticket here: https://gainsight.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=13896236397581
