Product update timestamp change

We posted a product update a little late and we would like to date back that update so the time of posting as it appears is a little earlier. is that possible? I’m told I can use postman to do it but idk how. please help

To my knowledge, this isn’t possible. 

And looking at the API documentation (that’s what you’d use postman for), I don’t see any option for doing this.

@m.elshabrawy there is a way to do this. I did this a couple of months ago. However, I think you should speak to Support to find out how. I am not comfortable with sharing here because it can cause a few issues if you get it wrong….it may also have been prevented. Essentially it is a multiple step process where you add some extra headers to load the data, then go into the draft and add images, etc, then publish. 

I believe that this should be made possible with the API since there is actually a date field as a parameter.
