Ranking: minimal amount logins

Hi all!

I am already revamping my ranking in my community because a lot of people don't level up.
I mostly updated my lower levels and added a few more so that people actual level up more (high levels are still fine for now).

But when I did the rebuild, I noticed that hardly anything changed and I did some research on potential issues (together with my friend Claude) and we came to the conclusion that the Minimum amount of logins are not properly registered  and usefull (especially wtih an SSO).

And I was wondering if other people also ran into this problem and how you fixed is….

My workaround is that I focus more on minimum seconds since membership and other criteria.

And also, is there a proper way to use the criteria #minimal amount of logins.
Because on a member profile I cannot find that information anywhere…. I only see registration date and last login date… nowhere do I see amount of logins.

@Sanne van Opstal-Brakel If I'm not mistaken the ranks at the top get priority over those at the bottom, so I think you should reverse the order of the ranks. At least, that's how it is set up in our platform.

@Sanne van Opstal-Brakel yep, I removed logins too, just kept it for very early stages.

If you need to make a difference so that a users doens't get through the ranks in one instance you could play with the “age”.

I just removed my logins and adjusted my new ranking and it looks like this:

And after double checking everything I pressed rebuild…
But it did not give me the results I was hoping for because every one turned into a ‘new member - 1 star’ While I have multiple customers that should have evolved into one of the explorer categories or event Contributer or Inspirer.

I did the rebuild abour 5PM CEST, which is about 3 hours ago but still no results (I though perhaps it just needed time for processing)

I already l logged a call with Support, bt perhaps any of you might also have an idea on why this is not working? Am I missing / not seeing something?
