Hello, we are considering using the Salesforce Unified Knowledge integration to essentially allow federated search on our Gainsight CC knowledge base from within Saleforce Cases and Salesforce Community/Experience. Has anyone done this particular integration before?

We are curious about the degree of difficulty in setting it up and maintaining it, as well as how smoothly it functions. 

Hi ​@Alicia Fisk - Other folks might chime-in with more detailed and direct experiences, but I can quickly share that as long as Salesforce can make use of our search API to pull content from our community, all of the rest of the complexity would be within Salesforce in terms of how it’s built, functions and presents that content. A lot of folks have built federated search pointing to our platform in this way.
