Is there a way for us to see who (maybe identified by email) reads posts in our community? Use case: PMs sharing posts with regards to product enablement and to prove the worth of them spending time to share posts in the community it would be useful for us to know who reads the posts so we can connect this data to the user data for the products our customers use, in Mixpanel.
At the moment, this is really tricky. You used to be able to do this quite effectively with Google Analytics, but that is not so easy now that Google have essentially removed the ability to track users. However, Gainsight are currently going through a beta phase for their BI connector to CC Data Lake Silver Layer. Essentially this gives you access to the database that they store the Community data in. I am playing around with this at the moment and I can now identify where all of our logged in users have gone.
Thank you
