SSO For Internal Users Only

Is it possible to enable SSO for just the backend users (not our end users)?

We require a form of MFA to meet Cyber Essentials requirements but do not want to change the way our end users will access the community (email & password).

Hi @craigobee - yes, absolutely.  You can set up SSO for just your back-end users via SAML or Google accounts.  Once set up, any user that has Control (back-end) access will log in using SSO when accessing either the front-end or Control, while the experience for end-users remains unchanged.
